All of the hereinabove information is provided directly by you either when you contact us or we contact you for the first time, or when you transact with us, when you visit and browse our company’s web pages and websites. The provision of the hereinabove information may be made at different points in time and by different means, e.g. by you through a printed or electronic form, via phone or email, by a member of our staff or by one of our associates, or through the employer or a member of your staff or an associate, or we may collect information relating to you, as for example when you:

  • search for information or submit a request, question, etc. via our website or in any whatsoever other manner;

Purpose for which we collect and process your information

We collect and process your hereinabove information for the following purposes:

  • Compliance – Management of the company’s correspondence and communications with you within the context of exercising our commercial activities and transactions with you;
  • Concluding contracts for the provision of services and/or the sale of our company’s products;
  • Dispatching promotional activities/newsletters.

Legal bases for processing:

In relation to the hereinabove purposes we rely upon the following legal bases for processing on a case by case basis:

You have the right to correct your personal data where it is inaccurate or incomplete.

You are provided with the opportunity to request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes of processing or where there is no legal reason for us to continue using it or where you revoke your consent.

  1. Right to restrict the processing

In certain cases you have the right to restrict the further processing of your personal data. Where the processing is restricted, we may still store your information, but we are not permitted to further use it, except for specific cases provided by law.

Where there is a serious reason why we are unable to respond to your submitted request we shall notify you within the same period of time regarding the reasons that prevent us from responding to your request.
